Crab Curry at Bengali style(কাঁকড়া রেসিপি)

Ingredients
Crab - 2
Chopped Onion 1 large
Chopped Tomato 1
Potato 3
Green Chilli 2
Red Chilli Powder 7g
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 7g
Turmeric Powder 3g
Cumin Powder 5g
Coriander Powder 5g
Garam Masala 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 pinch
Mustard Oil 25ml
Black Pepper 8-10
Cinnamon 1 small
Cardamom 4
Curd 10-15g
Water(Depends on the gravy) - 100-150g(Recommended)
Process
Step 1: Clean the crabs and break into small pieces.
Step 2: Chop onion & tomato finely, cut potatoes as dice. roughly chop green chillis.
Step 5: Take out potatoes and add all whole spices to the hot oil.
Step 6: Add finely chopped onions till it's translucent, add a little salt to make this process faster.
Step 7: Add chopped tomatoes, green chili & stir well. add ginger garlic paste followed by Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, little bit salt and a pinch of sugar cook it till the raw flavor of all the paste and masala goes away.
Step 9: When it's done we will have a thick paste. Now add crab & fried potato the paste and mix it all together so that all of that tasty masala bind together very well.
Step 10: Add water, a pinch of Garam masala & mix it all together. Cover the lid & cook it for 10-15 mins.
